12th February 2026 – Year 9 Subject/Parent Evening for students/parents to discuss academic progress in subjects 

2nd March 2026 – Students given access to online portal system via MyHighcliffe to be able to view their possible choices. 

3rd March 2026 – Year 9 Progression/Options Evening in school 

4th March 2026 – Options Portal starts to allow students to enter their choices. 

13th March 2026 – Deadline for entering choices in to online system. 

June – Options are confirmed and sent to students and parents.
