Well done to the Woodwind Ensemble and the Jazz Band who represented Highcliffe School at the Secondary Schools’ Music Festival this weekend.   

Local schools took part along with the Christchurch Music Centre in the concert held at Arnewood School on Saturday. The finale was a performance of ‘Samba Elefante’ that each school has been rehearsing independently in the lead up to the event. Thank you to Mrs Wallace who both composed and directed the performance which had a record number of participants for this year. Well done to all involved.
