Term Time only + 1 week inc results days. 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday (37 hours per week).
Salary grade 3 – SCP 2 £20,441 FTE (Actual Salary £17,884.89)
Data & Exams Assistant required to join our friendly and experienced, Data & Exams team.
To provide efficient administrative support, to ensure compliance with the school’s administrative reporting requirement, including undertaking manual and computer data entry/extraction in relation to the admission, data and examination of students.
Previous administration experience is essential. This is an interesting post requiring a high level of accuracy and flexibility. Applicants must be competent in the use of Excel and Word, and knowledge of school’s systems would be an advantage, but not essential.
The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years’ service.
This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
